My commitment to you is simple. I will do the homework. I will advocate for real-time solution sessions that include transparent dialogues where board members, educators, families, and stakeholders evaluate budget impacts before decisions are finalized. If the board hasn't reached a thoughtful conclusion, then more time will be needed to get it right.
My life and healthcare experiences have made me an expert at navigating complex systems, honed my ability to lead teams under high pressure situations, and strengthened my ability to advocate for people during the hardest moments of their lives. These qualifications will allow me to fully represent and work for all stakeholders in District 281.
I am ready to bring my "patient-first" mindset to a "student-first" board, ensuring every child in our district has the support they need to thrive. My service to stakeholders means I will show up to lead, not just vote. As a school board member I will commit to being able to clearly articulate the data and values behind my votes and not cast one based on convenience or pressure at the board table.
In addition, I will lead by stepping outside of the status quo to highlight wrongdoing and confront a system that prioritizes silence over the truth. I will listen to your concerns and bring them to the table for discussion, and I will fight for the rights of every child in this district.

My goal is to mend relationships, heal school divisions, and foster collaboration among the school board, individual schools, and the families within the district, moving beyond an "us vs. them" mindset.
Trust is fractured and it can only be rebuilt through total transparency. To move forward, we must look back, own our mistakes, and utilize them as learning opportunities for future improvement.
Student achievement begins with a sense of security. By maintaining a stable and protected environment, we ensure that both students and parents can focus on what matters most: the future.
